The Briars are expanding native vegetation across the site to provide habitat for our precious wildlife, as well as help protect soils and draw carbon from the atmosphere. Come and join in as we continue to revegetate some of the paddocks with a variety of locally indigenous species including eucalypts, sheoaks and acacias.

Location: The Briars Mount Martha.

Planting this year will be in one of the back paddocks. Meet at the former restaurant carpark (follow the signs) for directions. Please note depending on the weather access to the planting site may be limited to to 4WD/AWD vehicles.

Gloves, tools and equipment for planting, drinking water will be provided.

Please wear long pants, sleeves and hat, gloves and sturdy boots and don’t forget to bring a water bottle. Please no pets.
