Not defined by catchment boundaries and covering the entire Mornington Peninsula are Mornington Peninsula Koala Conservation, Mornington Peninsula Intrepid and Mornington Peninsula Equine Landcare.

The Blairgowrie Friends of Mornington Peninsula National Park are situated within the Nepean Peninsula Landcare catchment.
