28 September 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Free

We welcome farmers, landholders and community members to join us for this special talk on native bees, pollination and varroa mite.

Taking us through this fascinating topic, we have three highly-respected speakers:

  • Dr Julian Brown (Monash University) who will present some of the latest data on native bee and crop pollination research
  • Prof. Saul Cunningham (Australian National University) who will discuss managing farming landscapes and preserving biodiversity while supporting agricultural production, and
  • Yolanda Hanusch, a PhD candidate with the Invertebrate Behaviour and Ecology lab at the University of Sydney, who will talk about the Australian Bee Friendly Farming Program and how to support pollinators nationally through habitat and flora restoration.

Morning tea and coffee provided.

Please RSVP by Monday 26th September to thomas@regeneratingfarms.com.au or call Thomas Kennett on 0499 596 493.
