Join our friends at Willum Warrain for a special morning exploring the connections between Caring for Country, cultural heritage and indigenous plants.
Guided by Bunurong/Boonwurrung knowledge, participants will discover culturally significant native plants on a walk along the Koorie Plant Trail before gaining hands-on experience propagating indigenous seedlings in the bush nursery.
This free event, funded through Mornington Peninsula Landcare Network’s Learning from the Past, Looking to the Future initiative, is a great opportunity to deepen cultural understanding and connect with the rich ecological and cultural heritage of the Mornington Peninsula.
Morning tea provided.
