of succession planning that supports their community groups
long term success.

The workshop will cover the following elements:

Understand the obstacles to succession and how
to move forward

• Creating a culture of succession
Integrate succession into our daily culture with key
principles and practical tools, making it a natural part of
the organization

• Useful tools
Free tools and resources to track progress, capture
knowledge, and recruit volunteers systematically
