Landcare projects assist landholders to protect and enhance the local indigenous flora, which benefits both wildlife and agriculture. Native bees are vital in this context.

Mark Hall is an academic who has studied native bees for the last ten\ years and is vice president of the Australian Native Bee Association. He will explain the role of habitat heterogeneity in promoting diverse bee communities and the importance of your role in aiding the conservation of our native bee co-inhabitants of the Peninsula.
