
Koala Food Tree Planting Day – The Briars Mount Martha

FreeSpend the morning with Mornington Peninsula Koala Conservation Landcare, planting hundreds of koala food trees and other native trees and shrubs to expand koala habitat in the The Briars, a beautiful conservation park in Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula.
Habitat loss is the leading threat to koalas and other wildlife—so let’s take action together!
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our local environment and wildlife, including koalas, while making a real difference in restoring their habitat.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
🧤 Bring your own hat, gardening gloves, water, and snacks. We’ll supply all necessary tools.
📍 The planting will take place at The Briars – 450 Nepean Highway, Mount Martha.
🚗 Drive in slowly and follow the A-frame signage along the road until you reach the restaurant carpark (titled Josephines and number 7 on map) where staff will meet you and take you through to the registration area.
