How to Fund & Promote Your Pest Control Project
21 June @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
FreeInvasive species like rabbits, foxes, deer, feral cats, and environmental weeds are taking a toll on our local ecosystems and biodiversity, threatening the very landscapes that make the Mornington Peninsula so special. With our collective effort, we can make a real difference.
This workshop is a chance to learn how you can ensure our community unites to take action—whether as a volunteer, a landholder, or an advocate. Join us on the front lines of conservation for this bespoke workshop to support The Mornington
Peninsula Landcare Network, its member groups and volunteers to explore how they might engage, attract participation and fund pest plant and animal projects on the Mornington Peninsula.
The workshop will cover the following elements:
- Engaging Communities in Pest Plant and Animal Projects to foster community excitement and involvement in pest plant and animal projects.
- Marketing for Maximum Reach learning how we can make sure our pest plant and animal projects stand out.
- Securing Funding for Impact, going Beyond Traditional Approaches to secure funding for environmental projects
Each session will be interactive, giving participant the tools, ideas, and confidence to spark meaningful change and sustain momentum in their projects.
Join the Forever Agenda for an inspiring and practical day of insights, strategy, and community!
