It’s time for our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for elections/nominations of committee members.

Our Committee is responsible for providing leadership and developing our strategy, as well as planning and delivering the calendar of activities, in particular our large tree planting program across autumn to spring.  Please see details below.

Guest Speaker – Nigel Williamson, Founder of Nigel’s Animal Rescue
Nigel has been rescuing Animals for the past 23 years. His career started off at the RSPCA as an Ambulance driver and after 12 months a position was created for him as a Animal rescue officer within the inspectors office. When his position was made redundant after 5 years, Nigel decided to start his own animal rescue business. Nigel’s Animal Rescue began in 1989 and he has performed over 30,000 rescues since 1985.

If you wish to nominate yourself for multiple positions, please include the order of preference eg. preference 1, 2 or 3 on the nomination form

If we receive multiple nominations for the same position, we will vote on the day by private ballot.

Once the new committee is finalised, we will run a strategy session to refresh our strategic plan and goals. This is a great opportunity to get more actively involved in our group
