DESCRIPTION:Help us improve koala habitat in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula town of Shoreham \n\n\n\n\nSpend the morning with us planting hundreds of koala food trees and other native trees and shrubs to expand koala habitat in the stunning coastal town of Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula. \nHabitat loss is the leading threat to koalas and other wildlife—so let’s take action together! \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our local environment and wildlife\, including koalas\, while making a real difference in restoring their habitat. \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION:\nRegistrations essential: Koala Food Tree Planting Day – Shoreham Tickets\, Saturday 16 May  •  09 – 12:30 | Eventbrite \n☕ We’ll take a break for morning tea\, with coffee\, tea\, Milo\, and biscuits provided.\n👖 Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes (preferably waterproof) as we’ll be walking through bushland and grassy areas.\n🧤 Bring your own hat\, gardening gloves\, water\, and snacks. We’ll supply all necessary tools. \n📍 The planting will take place on private property in Shoreham. The exact address will be confirmed closer to the date. Look for our big teardrop flag near the entrance.\n🚗 Drive in slowly and follow parking instructions upon arrival. \nWe can’t wait to see you there! 🌱🐨
